Dona is no stranger to the pain and hurt felt by divorce. As a mother of two, she learned first hand how to deal with this life transition and experienced her own path to personal healing. Dona combines a variety of counseling and coaching methods to create an intuitive approach and help her clients achieve personal empowerment and self-awareness.

For over 20 years, Dona Rutowicz has been transforming the lives of her clients through her skillset as a professional certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker, experience as a Relationship coach, and her own life experience of being divorced. She was able to heal herself from the pain, meet her soul mate, remarry and create the life she wanted to live by her terms.
When Dona found herself at the end of a 20 year marriage and in a tsunami of emotional turmoil, something just clicked. She immersed herself in research and started her journey towards what would soon become Divorcing Gracefully.
On a path to reinvent her life, she was going to do something different. Refusing to fight and divorce in the same messy way we know it can be, she made the decision to step outside the norm. Realizing there was nothing available to guide divorced women to what divorce COULD be, she started a support group… and the rest is history.
In a lot of ways, Dona is the woman she helps on a daily basis. She is educated and appreciates the finer things in life. She loves to travel and works hard to play hard. She runs her life with God first, family second, and then everything else.
Dona has built several six figure businesses from scratch against all odds and knows the importance of wanting to be outstanding, both personally and professionally. She helps women to heal themselves first so they can make sure to avoid another toxic relationship.
Through her coaching, women touch upon forgiveness, trust, manifestation, forgiveness, spirituality, intimacy, dating as well as family and career.
With Dona, women rebuild their confidence and self-worth.
